If you want to transform your 2v Mustang into a monster machine one area you must focus on is your exhaust, specifically your headers and midpipe. These Mustang BBK Ceramic Long Tube Headers (96-04 GT) full length headers for the 96-04 GT are ceramic coated to keep the heat from your exhaust down and will give you up to 20 HP at the wheels with these headers and a corresponding flanged-end shorty midpipe.
Each set is built from computer mandrel-bent 1 5/8" tubing, and have 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges delivering un-matched quality at prices that won't destroy your bank account.
Note: These headers require a flanged end shorty midpipe in order to function properly. BBK reccomends using a BBK H-Pipe for the best performance gains. These headers are designed for mustangs with manual transmissions.
